Center Co-Hosting Conference On The Global Economic Crisis And Federalism

The Center for State Constitutional Studies, in cooperation with the Meyner Center for the Study of State and Local Government at Lafayette College, is hosting the annual meeting of the International Association of Centers for Federal Studies on September 16-18. The conference, which will have sessions both on campus and at the Hotel Palomar in Philadelphia, is focusing on “Federalism and the Global Economic Crisis: Impact and Responses.” Also participating in the conference will be members of the Research Committee on Comparative Federalism and Federation of the International Political Science Association.

Conference sessions will include presentations by the leading scholars of federalism worldwide, representing more than 10 countries.
